Called Dave earlier in the week for a bearings quote. Responded timely. On the weekend we Just bought a new to us pop up. Everything was working when I went to pick it up … at home all excited to open it up and putter around … it went up half way and stopped. URGH! Texted Dave and while I was trying to call him, he was calling me right back. I hestitated on calling him on a sunday but he answered within minutes! I called Dave after hours and days of attempting to fix my slide-outs, although he was busy for the next couple of weeks, once he realized that my slide was sticking out a bit and that I was worried that my motorhome would be towed sitting in front of my house for a couple of weeks, he treated it like an emergency and squeezed me in the same day. I could tell right away that this was a caring person and felt more at ease. Dave made his way over between clients, assessed the problem, fixed it, and kept the price super reasonable! ~ Even after I told him to charge me a lot for coming out so quickly. Have friends from Calgary and plan on a trip out west eventually. I wanted to cover all bases in case of issues and the positive feedback I read and heard about Dave has given me the piece of mind that I will be covered if issues occur. To the negative posts I see one has to wonder that just because you have an issue does not mean that any businessman will drop everything and his customers who have waited to just to satisfy you. I am sure all if possible would love to help you but sometimes that is just not possible.

My (awesome) hubby & I are going on a long trip in a couple of days. We are both pretty spontaneous people (to an extent), and love traveling, however, this is the first time that we are out & about with an RV! We are learning as we go – literally! We had a minor issue with two 6 volt batteries. I called 3-4 mobile RV service locations and nobody answered their phone. It was later in the day/early evening and time was ticking if we wanted to make it to our destination on time. I found Dave’s number on a quick Google search & called. He picked up right away! We were getting our 5th wheel ready to go on our first trip out this year and when we connected to water we had a spray shooting in our underbelly, we thought it was maybe the water heater had frozen over the winter. We called our dealer and they said they were booking for 3 weeks out and then our trailer would have to be quarantined for 14 days once it arrived at the dealership, which wasn’t an option as we had plans and our friends had already left for our camping trip. We called Dave and he was able to come out within a couple of hours and had the issue resolved very quickly, it turned out to be valve that needed replacing not the hot water heater. Highly recommend

I had to get some maintenance done on my RV and did not want to go to the trouble of trying to book an appointment in the middle of summer with a dealership (they are usually very busy in the summer) and hauling my RV there. I called Dave’s Mobile RV Repair and he was able to come to my home within a couple of days. I should add that he is available 24hrs for emergencies. I asked him to check my wheel bearings so he removed all of the wheels and visually checked the bearings and reseated them. I also asked him to do and adjustment on my awning which he did. I really liked the fact that I could ask him questions about my RV and RVing while he worked. It’s nice to be able to talk to an expert.

I’ll be happy to use Dave’s RV for my RV repairs and maintenance in the future. No more time consuming trips to the RV dealership.
